How does the per-user pricing work?Every active user on your ERPCloud system is billed at a single per-user rate. That rate is set by your user band: the more users you have, the lower the rate per user. There are no hidden per-module or per-feature fees.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?Setup is waived on annual billing. For larger rollouts we offer fixed-scope onboarding packages — your account manager will quote this up front so there are no surprises.
Can I add or remove users at any time?Yes. Add users whenever you grow, and your per-user rate automatically steps down into the lower band once you cross a threshold. Remove users at the end of their billing cycle.
Is ERPCloud really hosted in South Africa?Yes. ERPCloud runs on infrastructure hosted in South Africa and is supported by our in-house team in Centurion. Your data never leaves the country.
Can I try it before committing?Absolutely. Contact us for a guided demo and a sandbox on your own data. We'll help you pick the right band before you pay a cent.
What isn't included in the per-user price?Telephony call usage (VoIP / call-centre minutes), SMS and bulk-email sends are billed at usage rates, as are any third-party integrations or premium apps you choose to switch on. The core ERP and its modules are fully included.
